Step 1.         Open this URL, http://www.wildblue.com/training, to access the WildBlue Training page, then link on the Enroll Now link to enroll.

 

 

Step 2.         After the WildBlue University page opens complete all the fields and click on the Register link.

 


 

Step 3.         On the Registration page complete all the required fields, then the Complete Registration link to enter WildBlue University.

 

 

Step 4.         When the first Course Welcome page opens, click o the Enter the Course link (This is the first of the four online courses that need to be completed)

 


 

Step 5.         On the Course Home page, click on the My Home link to se the list of all enrolled courses or click on the Begin Course button to start the course.

 

 

Step 6.         The student My Home page lists all the enrolled courses and their status. All four of these courses must be completed before the student can attend a Hands-on session. The student should plan for an average of 2-3 hours to complete the courses. It is recommended the student doesn't try to complete all the courses in one sit-down session. It is better to allow an hour or so over time, for better learning.

 


 

Step 7.         When the student completes all the online courses, WildBlue University will send them the email below to invite them to select a Hands-on Session to attend.

 

 

Subject: Enrolled in Course

 

Dear (STU) xyz,

 

Confirmation: You are now invited to access the following course at http://wildblue.coursehost.com:

 

Course Name:   To Complete Your Training; Please Login Now to Enroll in a Hands-on Session

 

---IMPORTANT--- If this is a Hands-on course, please log back into WBU and select the appropriate session date and time for your hands-on course.

 

---IMPORTANT--- Courses are available for a limited time.

You must complete this course by midnight on May 12, 2008

 

To login and access the course, you will need the following information:

 

Username:        STU_xyz

Password:         Whatever

Step 8.         When the student logs back into WildBlue University all the open sessions will be viewable. To enroll in a session, click on the Hands-on Session Name. The Notice reminds the student that the course cost is non-refundable.

 

 

Step 9.         On the Course Signup page click on the Signup for this Course link.

 

 

Step 10.    On the Buy page click on the Buy Now button to purchase the course.

 


 

Step 11.    On the PayPal Billing page fill in the Billing Information including Payment Type and click on the Review Order and Continue button.

 

NOTE: You do not need to have a payPal account to use this page.

 


 

Step 12.    On the PayPal Payment page confirm the Billing Information and click on either of the Pay Now buttons.

 


 

Step 13.    On the PayPal Thank You page click on the View Printable Receipt link to print a copy of the receipt, then click on the Return to WildBlue Communications button to return to WildBlue University.

 

IMPORTANT: Click on the Return to WildBlue Communications button to complete the course registration process. If this step is missed the enrollment may not complete correctly!

 

 


 

Step 14.    After the WildBlue University student My Home page opens, verify that Enrolled displayed for the correct Hands-on Session, then log out of WildBlue University.
