Partner Installer Crossover Courses

IMPORTANT: If you are a WildBlue Communications Certified Installer, you can work for more than one WildBlue Partner. To work for an additional Partner, follow the directions below:

  1. Arrange your professional relationship with the selected WildBlue Partner
  2. Click the "next" button below
  3. Login to WildBlue University with your Username and Password
  4. Click on the "Join Additional Courses" link
  5. Enroll in and complete the selected Partner's "Customer Experience" course.
  6. After successful completion of the Partner's Customer Experience course you will receive a Installer ID associated with the new Partner. This new ID must be used during all installations or service calls for the new Partner.
