Installer Recertification

IMPORTANT: If you are a WildBlue Communications Certified Installer, you will be notified if you are required to recertify to keep your Installer ID active. Your notification will be emailed to your Confirmation Email contained in your User Profile in WildBlue University. To update your Confirmation Email, follow the directions below:

  1. Click the "next" button below
  2. Login to WildBlue University with your Username and Password
  3. Click on the "My Profile" link on the top-right of the "My Home" page.
  4. Update your Email address and any other pertinent information and then click "Modify" link to update your profile with the new information.

2009 Retail Installer Recertification: If you are a WildBlue Retail Communications Certified Installer, you are required to recertify between November 1, 2008 and March 1, 2009. This course is offered at no-cost. The course is not available until November 1, 2008. You will be notified by Email to your Confirmation Email contained in your User Profile in WildBlue University. To access the recertification course, follow the directions below:

  1. Click the "next" button at the bottom of this page
  2. Login to WildBlue University with your Username and Password
  3. Click on the "Join Additional Courses" link on the top-left of the "My Home" page.
  4. Select the "WildBlue Certified Installer Curriculum" link.
  5. Locate the "2009 Retail Recertification" course from the course listing and click on the "Signup for this Course" link.
